More Records for Hodge
By Jay Unver
(Lehrton, Mississippi) It's been awhile since I reported on the exploits of Big ASS star athlete Zane Hodge. With the COVID stuff going on and other duties at work, I have not written about the myriad of new world records Hodge continues to amass.
In the pool, a list of Hodge's latest Association of Sports Swimmers world records looks like this:
1,150 April 27
1,200 May 4
1,250 May 11
1,350 May 25
It was shortly after this that Hodge began his downward slide in swimming. When asked why his yardage and records began to diminish, Hodge replied that "It is getting boring whipping Randy Beets every time I go to the pool."
Hodge has not just been getting lazy, however. In the meantime, he has been setting new Association of Sports Strongmen world records. Recently he tied and broke his record in the farmer's deadlift with a 238 pound pull (tie) and a 244 pound lift for the new record in the same day. On this same day, June 20th, Hodge broke his own world record in the duck walk with 50 feet carrying 120 pounds.
Randy Beets is yet to set a single mark in the relatively new strongman association.
