Tuesday started with coffee, cats, and a shuffle, 4.04 miles worth of roadwork. After that, I went into weight training mode. On the bench, I pressed

Brian called at 4:30. We were supposed to ride which would have made four workouts. It was storming looking and 70% chance of rain. We called it off. I was good with that. Three workouts is really enough, I was tired, I wanted to relax.
