I am doing a little more each day as I feel better and stronger. Friday, I upped everything. Of course I worked the tibia dorsi machine for four sets. Yes, I did stretching and rotator cuff work. And I did some bench pressing. Again? you ask. Yes, the volume has been so low that there has been no need for a recovery day. This time I actually worked out on the bench with three sets:
12 X 100
11 X 105
10 X 110
That might require a day of rest before more benching. I did two very light sets of squats and some walking. Around the yard, I amassed .41 of a mile. All together, that was almost a real workout. Maybe tomorrow will be one. Thank you, Jesus, for returning health.
