I'm almost back to working out. Well, I'll go ahead and call what I did Monday a workout. I hit the bench press with a slight incline, worked the tibia dori machine, and did some other stuff. On the bench, I pressed

11 X 105
10 X 110
10 X 115
I also did lateral raises and cable raises. Not only that, but I walked in the backyard for a big .47. Yeah, I am taking it on up. Tuesday? I'm thinking of plugging in the dreadmill. We'll see, but I feel like I am still a bit short of breath. Maybe some shuffling will help me get some wind back.
