Light Week

Overall, the week of 1/26-2/1  was a light one since there was no running and only backyard walking. The bulk of what I did was swimming and weightlifting, and although is the volume wasn't high, my swim totals were greater than they were a year ago. Monday I did a backyard arm and chest-smasher and Tuesday I went to DSU where I swam

Wednesday was more weights followed by a trip to the Endless Fool. They had the motor fixed and it will push water a lot faster now. The temperature was even down to 95 which was better. But with the increase is speed, I felt better at the start but quickly wore down. I did 26:38 which I rated as 1,200 meters.

Thursday I went back to DSU for

For the week, I lifted two times and swam 12,533 meters putting me 10,385 meters ahead of last year.
