I didn't get up. Early. I needed the rest. With John out, I have been getting a lot more rest. That is one of the things a long run does to you. It takes some time to recover from. I work in Greenville Wednesdays but I get out early. When I got home, I changed clothes and headed straight to the pool where I swam

That was a good practice in terms of volume, but you may have noticed that the times were really slow. That was most likely a result of the 12.5 mile run I did Tuesday. Long runs take total energy from you and hit the legs really hard. I had some mild cramping issues as is normal after long runs.
I wanted to run and lift, but the monsoons are still here and I did not feel like going to the indoor gym at Twin Rivers. Maybe Thursday will give me a chance to catch up.
Thank you, Jesus, for good swimming.
