Good Training, Yeah

The big yards continued Thursday morning as I knocked off 4,400 meters in the large pool. That brought me to 19,000 meters for the week. The practice went something like this:

2,400 of various swims, picking up money, putting stuff out of the pool,
10 X 200 I cleared my watch accidently and did not get the times. They were a mix of all out, floating 50s, paddles, and an easy one or two.

I had to mow on Monroe, so that pretty much knocked my run out. Also, I mowed at the Hideout. 

It was push night at the gym. The bench went like this:

6 X 64
1 X 100
5 X 110
10 X 110
10 X 110
15 X 110
Incline 9 X 100

In addition, I did two set of the log press, fifteen sets of lateral raises, and three sets of seated dips. It was good training, yeah. Thank you Jesus.
