Forty-five minutes.
Forty-five minutes!
Not how late he was. I forget that. He was late. But how long it took for him to get ready to leave. I have to wait on him and help him get his shirt on, which he can't do by himself.
Bless his heart.
Heck, bless my heart!
I swam
2,000 40:14 (2:00)
200 3:17 (1:38)
1,100 21:50 (1:58)
150 2:23 (1:35)
1,050 21:04 (2:00)
100 1:33
500 9:50 (1:57)
4 X 50
700 medium paddles 13:34
800 small paddles 16:04
300 finger paddles
total: 7,100 yards = 6,489 meters
I went home and went back to bed, to sleep. Am I going to be able to do this when I go back to work? I tremble.
We had lunch with Forrest and Paul. I shuffled over for 3.06 miles. After we went home, I watched the rest of the Alabama/Michigan game. I took another nap then I went to Plate City where I set a PR on the squat. Despite my boatloads of humility (of which I am very proud), I am not humble enough to post squat numbers. Yes, they are that low. Natural leg strength is something I do not have, never have had, and never will have. The little bit I have developed is of a great price to me.
I went to sleep on the Georgia game, but I checked the internet this morning and found out they won. Praise God and thank you, Jesus.
