It was a big week, one of my largest ever in terms of swimming. Monday I shuffled 4.26 miles and swam 9,000 yards straight. Tuesday I shuffled 1.77 miles, swam 5,375 yards, and lifted weights.
Wednesday I ran 2.12 miles, swam a good 5,250 yards, and lifted at the best backyard gym in America. Thursday, I ran my longest since I re-injured my knee. I went for 5.21 miles, swam for 5,77.5 yards, and did a light lifting session.
Friday I took it easy swimming 5,625 yards but not running or lifting. Saturday, I did all three but not in large numbers. I shuffle 1.81 miles, swam a mere 2,525 yards, and lifted weights.
For the week, I
ran 15.17 miles,
lifted weight four times, and
swam 30,705 meters.
That's good training. Thank you, Jesus, for time, health, energy, and desire.
