I gave in to laziness Friday. Besides sleeping late, I made a conscious decision not to run. I had some yard mowing to do, and I accomplished that by lunch time. Right after lunch I hit the pool and swam

After I came home from the pool, I relaxed with River on the couch and that is where I stayed. I kept thinking about working out at the gym, but it didn't happen. Sometimes slowing down a bit is a good thing. That's my story at least, and I'm sticking to it.
