I guess Wednesday is hump day now. When we meet classes, Tuesday afternoon is hump day. Well, I humped it on hump day. I started with a shuffle. Proud of me? I remembered. I did a mere 2.12. The knee is still getting one percent better per day. Another eighty days and it will be just like new.
At the pool, I swam
2,600 51:02
250 @ 4:35 4:02
250 @ 4:35 4:03
250 @ 4:35 3:59
650 small paddles 12:45
1,250 25/25 free/back 27:09
total: 5,250 yards = 4,798 meters
That brings me to 17,981 for the week, over eleven miles. Not bad for half the week. Now if I can just keep it up.
At Plate City, I went hard on the pulls. On the one-armed bent rows, I pulled
20 X 40
14 X 50
9 X 60
4 X 65
4 X 65
4 X 65
I remember when I acquired the 60s and 65s. I wondered how long it would be before I was strong enough to use them. Now I need to keep my eyes out for some 70s. Before long, I will need at least a single dumbbell that heavy.
Swim Pull
37 X 35
23 X 40
15 X 45
10 X 46.5
On the facepulls, I did
23 X 15
18 X 20
15 X 25
12 X 26
So that was a pretty full day. That's Randy Beetsdown training. Thank you, Jesus.
