Once more, I drove out Malmaison Road and took a run. I shuffled a short 3.15 miles then went straight home and did squats. I usually wait until late afternoon to workout, but I missed Wednesday's gym session (legs) due to rain, and I thought I might have to miss today's.
At the pool, which was still cold, I swam
