Two or Three?

I think I am finally free a little bit. I trained some Monday. First I went to the pastors' breakfast in Winona and then to French Camp to donate a bunch of stuff from our move. After lunch I visited Plate City. Between sets, I mowed the back lawn, and since it was Monday, I did push only. Then I got on the treadmill. The dew point was 75. That is getting in the truly dangerous zone. Since the treadmill is in the shade and I now have a large fan, I was able to run 1.53 miles without dying.

Then I went to the pool and swam

  1,200
  800 countdown
  4 X 50
  300
  total: 2,500 long, course, meters

So the question is, was that three workouts or two? I lifted, ran, and swam. But the run was joined to the gym work, hence the query. Usually, the different disciplines are seperated by an hour or two so there is no confusion, it's three workouts. But even total meatheads sometimes get on a treadmill after pounding the weights. I don't think they would conceive of that as two workouts.

In conclusion, I guess that was two workouts. But I worked three disciplines. So there is that.
