Monday I ran 3.07 miles and lifted some weights. As promised, I lightened my bench press and topped out at 140 pounds. I think I will stay there for a while.
Tuesday I did some more lifting but did not run. Wednesday I shuffled 1.58 miles but did noting else.
Thursday my wife and I went out of town. I ate a lot. Friday I shuffled 1.68 miles on some very unflat roads. Saturday I did not run. Sunday morning I ran half way up a mountain for a total of 2.57 miles.
For the week, I
ran 8.9 miles and
lifted weights two times.
Not so good, but it was a good week. I will tell you about it in another post. Thank you Jesus.
