I experienced a miracle Monday morning. John was one time. Well, almost on time. He was three minutes late. I had a big practice. I swam
1,450
7 X 200 @ 3:52
700 small paddles
total: 3,550 yards = 3,244 meters
Since I had to work until 4:00 p.m., I did not have time for a long run and to work out. So I cut the run to 5.05 miles. That's better than a poke in the eye. For the first time this year, it was dark while I ran. I think it may have gotten dark on me once before. But from now until March, darkness will be my friend. I really didn't mind. There is something kind of neat about it. It gives me an anonymity that I enjoy.
I took nutrition after the shuffle, then went to Plate City. It was bench press day. I pressed
13 X 95
6 X 115
5 X 130
5 X 135
5 X 140
5 X 140
5 X 140
Overhead Dumbbell Press
8 X 25
4 X 30
2 X 35
Triceps push down
30 X 32.5
20 X 40
10 X 45
That was a pretty good day. Any time you experience a miracle, it is a good day. Thank you, Jesus.
