I guess you can see, there was an emphasis on quality. It's time to start pushing the pace and looking for some speed. The 200s hurt good even though the times were bad. I need to do those more, but I am too big of a sissy to do them often.
After lunch, I did the usual lounging with the cats. Eventually, I got up for a run and went 9.32 miles. When I got home, Penny wanted me to pick up a pizza. By the time we finished eating, you can guess what happened to me.
Yeah, that.
I did some more lounging with the cats, and Plate City went unused. Now I am behind in my lifting. Since it is leg day, I am faced with a delimma. Do I do my pull and legs? Do I do them together or split them up? Do I have time for that? Or do I bump one of the workouts back a day? Stay tuned for the answer as the world turns around Greenwood, Mississippi.
