Not like last week when I had to do Friday's long swim on Thursday, but this week I chose Thursday because I wanted a long one. Maybe it's because I was off Wednesday, on the road retrieving some weights.Anyway, I went to the pool about 10:30 am ready to bust out a Randy Beetsdwon swim and that is exactly what I did. It started with the long, exaggerated warm up I love. It looked like this:
