The second day of my first full week off wasa another good one. I was late getting to the pool but I swam

50 for time off the deck. I need to practice this more because I was a bit surprised that I only swam one second faster than the day before when I pushed off the wall. I got a :36 the did 6 X 150 as

Trevor was out so I had to work out again alone. We skipped bench Monday because we like to do that together. It is nice to have a spoter, but I didn't want to miss another session on the bench so I sis
