Short and sweet, just the numbers.
Monday 3,600 yards swimming and big weights lifting.
Tuesday 2.10 miles of walking with a little shuffling.
Wednesday 2,550 swimming, 2.23 of walking with a .23 mile shuffle. I also lifted weights.
Thursday I swam 6,700 yards and lifted weights.
Friday I only swam 3,000 yards and lifted weights.
Saturday I swam 3,500 yards and lifted more weights.
For the week I swam 17,684 meters and lifted weights five times. I also shuffled .35 miles total.
