Tuesday I made some big-time deposits in the Bank of Endurance. It started like this. I went to the pool before 5:00 a.m. and swam
1,700 34:29 (2:00)
4 X 200 @ 3:55
500 small paddles
50 medium paddles
50 large paddles
50 extra large paddles
50 small paddles
total: 3,200 yards =2,924 meters
Remember yesterday I was in a tizzy about what to run. Not today. I hit the road 3:10 p.m. and shuffled 15.03 miles. That's big time right there; I don't care who you are. I ran slowly, but I felt as if I could have gone on. The endurance is coming up. Maybe by next month, Buddy Bones and I can start doing some marathons.
When I got in from my run, I took some nutrition and then went to Plate City. It was dark and cool. I liked that. It was also pull night. On the one-armed bent row, I did
13 X 40
5 X 45
5 X 50
5 X 50
5 X 50
5 X 50
I did some other stuff also. All in all, it was a solid day. Thank you, Jesus.
