Wednesday

Wednesday was another double-dip day the first one of those in a while. I started with

4 X 50 decline
 1 - 51
 2 - 46
 3 - 45
 4 - 44
3 X 300 @ 5:27 (good set)
800 medium paddles
total: 3,400 yards = 3,107 meters

Since I did squats Tuesday, all that remained to do was to run and coach. I shuffled 2.74 miles in the chilly, rainy air.

I had all my swimmers back this week so I swam with Brad and did an easy 1,000 yards with some drills.

It was another good day. Thank you, Jesus.
