I started the week with a bang. I banged out a good practice first thing. I swam

I felt that set of 200s, especially the final one. Now that I am doing some quality swimming, I am realizing how out of shape I am for it. I have the low end endurance, but when the pace picks up, things begin to hurt.
In the afternoon, I went out for my long run of the week. Since I am racing Saturday, this is a taper week, a step back cycle. Everything will be downhill from here on. I did 11.06 miles. Then I took nutrition, rested a bit, and went to Plate City for bench day. I pressed
