I waited until 6:00 p.m. to run. I am worn out with this heat. It was 91 when I ran, and to me that felt a little cool. I haven't run that temp in a while. It is supposed to cool down next week and get down to early September temperatures. I hope. I shuffled a mere 2.52 miles, saving myself for Friday. Friday is long run day. I don't have many miles in this week because of the two 5Ks
