Yeah, I know, the math does not work. Actually, I wrote times for 11 300s taken from my watch, but I am sure the total said 4,500. I remember counting the 300s several times to make sure I had it right. Maybe some of those duplicate times were the result of my failing eyesight. I am counting it as a 4,500 meter practice.
I took a short shuffle before lunch because I had to work in the afternoon. I only did 1.38 miles. My legs did not want to do anything.
After work, I got the call to come get my mower. It has been in the shop. So I drove out to Galey Road to pick it up. Then I went to Plate City when I got home and squatted
