In addition, I did my corator tuff stuff and some seated dips for 25 repetitions at 90 pounds. After all of that, I went out in the dark-- I love running this time of year-- and shuffled for 6.51 miles.
Tuesday I was back on the attack. At the pool, I went short going 1,450 yards. At the gym it was pull night on the chest-supported row machine. Then I went out for a short tipper of 1.51 miles.
Today will be a challenge. Penny and I have an event tonight that might make it difficult to get the three, but I will make an honest effort. Thank you Jesus.
