Two in a Row

Being off work (sort of), I was able to get in my three workouts two days in a row. Yee ha. First, I went out for a long(ish) run Tuesday morning. After 9.41 miles, I stopped at the house for lunch. 

Lounging and digesting took a couple of hours before I showed up at the pool for

Is that training? Well, it is moving that way. On the builds, however, I never hit 100%. I never even hit 90%. Maybe I hit 80%. 

Back home, I went to Plate City with joy. It was pull night so I did the chest-supported row, and corator tuff exercises.
