I had hoped to get back to full training by Wednesday, but not to be. I swam. John did not show. I only did 1,250 because I had so much other stuff I needed to do. I went home and mowed the front lawn. Then I went to Plate City and benched

I then did three sets of log presses, three sets of overhead dumbbell presses, and thirteen sets of lateral raises. Yeah, I am hitting that hard.
Next I had a Zoom meeting at 7:00 p.m. It did not go well from my point of view. The others cannot hear me, and I am going to have to get that rectified. I had planned on running, but after all of that, the wind had gone out of my sails. Thank the Lord anyway.
