Small Three

I finally got a full day of training in Wednesday. The work started in the pool. John was late. I swam

Back home, I went out for a little roadwork. I only did 2.73 miles since I am still nursing that thing. I am beginning to get nervous that I might me de-training. Oh well, all I can do is all I can do.

At Plate City, I did my first workout there of the week. On the Swiss bar, I benched

On the overhead press, I pushed

16 X 45
13 X 55
  9 X 65
  6 X 75 (I missed on the seventh. I think I could have done it, but I got out of the groove)

And thirteen sets of lateral raises.

After that, I was ready to retire. For the night. And I did. I lounged. CC is giving me the treatment again. I don't know what I did. I think I petted Luvie too much, but I am not sure. Anyway, I love them all, but CC has to be number one or I have to pay for it. Thank you, Jesus, for the love of cats and people.
