Back home, I went out for a little roadwork. I only did 2.73 miles since I am still nursing that thing. I am beginning to get nervous that I might me de-training. Oh well, all I can do is all I can do.

After that, I was ready to retire. For the night. And I did. I lounged. CC is giving me the treatment again. I don't know what I did. I think I petted Luvie too much, but I am not sure.
