Longer Work, Longer Write

I did more Tuesday starting in the pool and extending to everything else. In case you are wondering, yes, I am working. A lot. I spend the morning on school work, then go to the pool, run after that, and hit the gym last thing in the late afternoon. At the pool, I just swam. Yeah, one of those, a straight swim of 9,200 yards which comes out to 8,408 meters or 5.22 miles. See, taking it easy Monday paid off. The swim lasted 2:52:05. Yes, I thought about going a full three hours, but I did enough.



On the road I also did more. A little bit more. I shuffled for 2.52 miles. The knee now feels really good. One day this week I want to go around five miles. At the gym I busted it out big. I did push, and on the bench I pressed

16 X 95
8 X 120
7 X 140
6 X 140
6 X 140
4 X 145
8 X 120

I also overhead pressed dumbbells for 

10 X 25
  6 X 30

I did a whole bunch of rotator cuff work and on the facepull I upped it to

21 X 26
12 X 28.5
10 X 29.5

That was a pretty solid day. I swam more, ran more, and lifted more. Consequently, I slept well, really well. Thank you, Jesus.
