Wee Three

I got three Saturday but none of them were epic. Shuffling came first, late morning, a mere 1.81 miles. After lunch I went to the pool where my only plan was to do a little bit of everything. I swam

1,200 23:13
3 X 25 (setting up for the kick brick set that followed)
brick kick
300 small paddles 5:48
brick kick
300 medium paddles 5:37
brick kick
300 large paddles 5:28
100 back
played with mono fin
2 X 25 dive start
200 kick with fins
200 swim with fins
total: 2,525 yards = 2,307 meters

That was a pretty good practice. I think that is the first time this year I have swum six times in one week. It was light, but I did some stuff I needed to do. Also, I wracked up the most distance I have for a week this year.

At Plate City, I did a bit of everything, benches, Swim Pulls, lat pull downs, facepulls, squats. On the bench, I pressed

  10 X 95
10 X 100
10 X 105
10 X 110
10 X 115
10 X 120

I really bumped up the Swim Pull to

  8 X 47
13 X 50
11 X 52.5
10 X 55
  8 X 56.5
  8 X 58

All in all, it was a nice day of quarantine. I got some solid work done but not enough to wipe me out. Thank you, Jesus.
