I had a big night at the pool. Here is what I did starting with Masters practice.

1 - 2:10
2 - 2:13
3 - 2:11
4 - 2:11
4 X 75 first and third 25 fast
1 - 1:01
2 - 1:02
3 - 1:02
4 - 1:01
8 X 50 @ 1:30
1 - 4 first 25 fast
5 - 8 second 25 fast
1,000 pull 16:13 (the Mad Swimming Scientist assigned 800)
End of Masters.
Then
4,000 straight in 1:10:12. I used all the clock getting out of the pool at 8:54.
total: 7,100 yards = 6,489 meters.
This is the most I have swum this year. It's a long way from where I need to be, but a big step towards getting there. I slept well last night and woke up wanting to re-slumber. Pretty little CC came and greeting me good morning while I was still in bed like she always does. She is such a sweet cat, and whoever dumped her at Centerville is a first class dummy and a sub human no doubt. But thanks be to God who gave her to us to bless Penny and me daily.
