This blog is what happens when I drink too much coffee, hang out with my cats, and have access to a computer. EndangeredSwimmer is primarily an athletic journal about an endangered species: open water swimmers in Mississippi. Occasionally, however, I pen some essays and even a piece of fiction from time to time. And just in case you are wondering, yes, Poot is a real person, and Randy Beets and I really do hate each other.

More Upgrades
Here of late, I have been making almost weekly upgrades to Plate City. This short video tell the story of the latest, the addition of a new weight tree. A few weeks back, I started an inventory of the gym. I didn't finish and the stock has increased since then At the time, Plate City boasted somewhere around 1.800 pounds of one inch plates, and 1,600 of Olympic Plates. That is plates, not dumbbells, bars, or welded barbells. Both collections have grown since then and it looks like tomorrow I will be picking up some more plates.
I need to to a video of the full gym and a total inventory. That is coming.
