I was hitting it hard last week. Monday I swam 3,290 meters, ran 4.4 miles, and lifted weights. Tuesday I did not swim because of my schedule. I did run 5.62 miles and lifted weights.
Wednesday I swam 2,742 meters. After running 2.44 miles, I hit the legs hard at Plate City Gym. Thursday I swam 2,467 meters, lifted weights again, and run 2.26 miles.
Friday I spent the day with my son. I did lift some weights after we got home and before Penny got in from the grocery store. Saturday was the big day. I swam 2,376 meters and ran 11.76 miles. After all of that, I did a big session at the gym doing deadlifts and rack pulls.
For the week, I
ran 26.48 miles,
swam 10,875 meters, and
lifted weights six times.
That was pretty good. Thank you, Jesus.
