Wednesday

I did not even try to run Wednesday. Since I work in Moorhead on everyone else's hump day, I knew time would be tight. I did go to the pool, however, and swam

total: 3,200 yards = 2,924 meters.

The 200 Special was not too tough. What to do to make it more difficult? I think I will add a 100 and cut a second off each 100 rep.

Turnrow Book Store called. My training diary finally came in. I picked it up and when I got home, Gerald was waiting on me. I did legs, squats as

Also I did leg curls, leg extension, and cotator ruff stuff. Thus it was a pretty productive day despite the fact that I did not run. When I went inside, the cats wanted to hang out. I obliged them as I am wont to do. Thank the Lord Jesus for the day, the cats, and a good wife and home.
