Hump Day

I was back at work Tuesday, and since John did not call three times to find out what time we were going to swim, I knew he would not be there. He wasn't. I swam

total: 3,000 yards = 2,742 meters.

Why the 2:27 for the RIM? I was going through my watch and had that send off already programed, and I realized it would be a good interval for doing the RIM. It was perfect. Maybe next time I will do three of them. The breast stroke gets me breathing like a fat man running up a flight of stairs. No, I am not being critical. I am a fat man.

At home, I changed clothes and went for a short shuffle. I went 2.46 miles for my second workout of the day. After resting for a bit, I went to Plate City for legs. I squatted
