Later in the afternoon, I went to the gym. I did pull and a little bit of running on the treadmill. The little bit was 1.08 miles which brought my week's total to a little over 22 miles.
And Simon started on Plate City. Huh? He is doing some work. Plate City is the gym that just keeps getting better.
