It was a good swimming week. Monday I swam 4,295 meters. Tuesday I lifted weights and swam 4,113 meters. Wednesday I made the trip to get the hack squat machine and I swam 4,752 meters.
Thursday I lifted weights, and swam 4,000 meters long course at DSU. It was real. It was fun. It was real fun.
Friday I did my long continuous swim of 8,600 yards. Saturday I swam 3,381 meters and did a monster lifting session.
For the week, I did
no running,
lifted weights three times,
pedaled 7:35 on the stationary bicycle, and
swam 28,401 meters (the most this year).
It was a pretty solid week, but contained no running. Maybe I can get back on track in that regard this week. Thank the Lord, for a solid block of training.
