Three for Three

As the semester winds down, my eagerness to bust out big training ramps up. Wednesday I swam

  375 (John stopped me)
  275 (Vickie came in and we did a set)
  20 X 50 2 1:30
  50 25/25 breast/free
  100 RIM (redneck IM) 2:07
  400 25/25 free/back 
  total: 2,800 yards

Back home, I shuffled 2.53 miles in the dark. After that, I went to Plate City, which is looking better every day. I did

  Deadlift
  5 X 135

  Trap bar deadlift

  2 X 170
  1 X 190
  1 X 210
  1 X 230
  1 X 240 PR

So I got three workouts three days in a row. Today, maybe not. I have class all morning and through lunch, and then a night class. This will, however, be my last night class of the semester. Praise God. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah.
