Naps

I had a pretty good morning at the pool. I started with 1,300 straight and then went into some cruise intervals. I need to work those a lot more than I am. It's laziness, pure and simple, that prevents me from doing so. What I did is

200 cruise interval 3:27
150 small paddles
200 cruise interval 3:22
250 small paddles
200 cruise interval 3:19
150 small paddles
200 cruise interval 3:21
150 small paddles
200 medium paddles
total: 2,900 yards = 2.650 meters

That was a pretty solid practice. It had some quantity and some quality.

I went home after work and took a nap. I was supposed to have someone workout with me, but he did not show. After my nap, I took another one. It was raining and I felt poor, so I took a third nap. Thank you, Jesus, for good naps.
