Fast Start

By the grace of God, I got this week started right with the big three. I ran from that new secret location. When this semester is over, I am going into the Witness Protection Program. I'll be hiding out at this address. When I start back to work in the fall summer (we go back in EARLY August), I'll let you know about the new hideout.

From the hideout, I explored a new running route. I wound up being a big loop of 4.9 miles. That was perfect for what I wanted for the day. This is when I found the chipmunk. I'll go back this morning and if he is still there, I will get him. At the pool, I did my latest version of the simple practice. Remember?

2,500 47:14
1,200 tt 19:29
700 medium paddles 12:26
150 back 3:29
total: 4,550 yards = 4,158 meters

At Plate City, it was push day. That mean bench press for

  15 X 95
  9 X 120
  7 X 140
  3 X 150
  2 X 160
10 X 120

On the log press, I did

8 X 52
8 X 52
9 X 52

I performed on set of Swim Pulls for 18 X 50, a bunch of face pulls, some triceps push downs, and cable raises.

Besides all of that, I did a bunch of school work. We are at the end of the semester, and I have to get everything graded and turned in. I slept well. Thank you, Jesus.
