8/12 - 8/18

It was a really good week for training, but having to work from 8:00 to 5:00 everyday made me have to fight like a madman for everything I did. Monday I swam 2,300 meters, and ran 11.65 miles. Tuesday I swam 2,800 meters, lifted weights, and ran 2.61 miles.

Wednesday I swam 1,096 meters, lifted weights, and ran 2.32 miles. Thursday I hit 2,100 in the pool, 7.3 on the road, and the weights hard at Plate City. Friday I continued with 1,100 in the water, nothing on the road, and a lot at the gym.

Saturday was the training day of training days. I started with 3,000 at Twin Rivers followed by a solid weight session at the gym. Later I cycled 13.36 miles, ran another 1.51, and then hit Plate City again. It was a five-workout day.

For the week, I

swam 12,396 meters,
cycled 13.36 miles,
lifted weights five times, and
ran 25.39 miles.

Thank you, Jesus, for good health and enough energy.
