Tuesday

I was making laps a little before 6:00 a.m. I wish I needed no sleep. Then I would swim in the dark every day. Or night. 

John didn't show up. What else is new? I swam

I had to work until 4:00 p.m. and I needed to do a long run in order to get my miles in this week and do a mini-taper before Saturday's Dragon Fly Triathlon. So after work, I rushed home, changed clothes, and hit Plate City for bench presses and triceps work. I benched

Then I went inside and began to prepare for my long run. It was pretty hot, about 92, when I left the house at 5:16. I shuffled 12.12 miles, but the pace was embarrassingly slow. Still, it was a good day with three solid workouts.
